This beach was amazing. Unseasonably warm & the sand was perfect.

Frank 'n Beans in the foreground. We found American style hot dogs. only as a last resort because we could not find any smoked sausage here apparently the scots have no meat smoking tradition. The green can is an Olde English which is not the beloved malt liqueur of the states, but an apple cider, which is quite good.

I wanted to roll down this hill.

Ferry to Isle of Skye

It's difficult to take a picture in the highlands without a sheep buggering up the view.

Aurthur's Seat a dead volcano in the center of Edinburgh. The stinging nettles in full bloom. The ruins St Anthony's Chapel built around the 15th Century.

A Traditional Scottish Breakfast. Complete with Black Pudding, the puck shaped brisket of blood sausage, 12 o'clock. I do not recommend anyone eating this foulness. The English Breakfast I had on the British Airways flight from London was far better than the disappointing, and eye opening breakfast photographed.
