I suspect these are some type of public or affordable housing. Frozen in time. I dig the street lights. Every street in Copenhagen uses this suspended street lighting system.

June 23 the summer solstice is celebrated in Denmark with a ritual burning of a woman in effigy. I unknowingly camped within 10 meters of this beach sacrifice.
